Terms of Use
Last updated: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Dominik Schimpf (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Archnemesis mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions & payment
- Archnemesis may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of applicable law.
4. App blocking & your responsibility
Archnemesis helps you limit access to apps using Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls features. It is a productivity aid, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for your own device use, and the App is not a substitute for professional advice or treatment.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Apple — end user license & third-party beneficiary
This license is granted by us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), that EULA also applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
